Chef Sid Glanz (Retired U.S. Army MP 1SG) is a highly decorated Combat Veteran, award-winning Chef, and dedicated community advocate. After 25 years of Military Service, Chef Glanz brought the same discipline and passion to the kitchen as Chef de Partie at the Wyoming Rescue Mission in Casper, where he prepared more than 18,000 meals a year while mentoring his team and earning multiple culinary honors. Specializing in approachable, big-flavor American, French, Italian, and German fusion dishes, Chef Glanz delivers recipes that are bold yet practical for cooks of all skill levels. An active member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® Chapter 36-1, the American Culinary Federation, and other food service and Veterans service organizations, he lives in Casper, Wyoming, with his Chocolate Lab, Shiva
