“A Story of Horses” tells about the lives of several types of horses and how they find their place in our world.

This book outlines the lives and special aspects of horses, explaining, in a child friendly way, how they live, work and are trained for their special symbiotic relationship with humans. Told from the perspective of two ranch families children, living in a remote area where they live and play together. The horses (especially the foals) love the children’s frequent visits.

Horses are a part of our American heritage and have continued to be part of our history. They are a part of everyday lives in different parts of our country.
